English language requirements

Course	English language requirement
MSc Accounting and Finance	IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100 with no element lower than 6.0./20
	If any element is less than IELTS 6.0, students would automatically be rejected
MSc Finance
MSc Marketing
	IELTS/TOEFL
MSc International Business and Management	Overall band	Writing	Pre-sessional course

Applications for the above courses will not be processed without an English test score	6.5/90	6.5/22	an offer would be conditional on taking and successfully completing our 5 week Pre-sessional course at the University of Manchester OR retake IELTS, achieve 7.0 with no element below 6.0
	6.5/90	6.0/20	an offer would be conditional on taking and successfully completing our 10 week Pre-sessional course at the University of Manchester OR retake IELTS, achieve 7.0 with no element below 6.0

All other Specialist Masters courses	IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100 with no element lower than 6.0./20
	Minimum entry requirements for pre-sessional courses:

	6.5/ 90	6.0/ 20	5.5/18	an offer would be conditional on taking and successfully completing our 10 week Pre-sessional course at the University of Manchester OR retake IELTS, achieve 7.0 with no element below 6.0
	7.0/100	6.0/20	5.5/18	MBS would contact Language Centre for further advice
